Here, nature speaks through silence.
The horse guides you to inner peace.
Each step is a path back to yourself.
You don’t need to understand β€” it’s enough that you feel.
You don’t need to be ready.
It’s enough that you are.

About – Echo – Jarek

My life has always led me toward silence, nature, and horses. They are a mirror for me – teaching me to listen, to trust, and to be real. I'm not a teacher of horses or people – I learn from them every day.For years, I searched for my place and the answer to the question: who am I, really? Only through the presence of horses and the silence of nature did I realize – there’s no need to chase in order to simply be. My mind slowed down, and my heart began to lead. I know I’m just beginning – like in the kindergarten of life – but that’s what gives me the strength and joy to rediscover each step anew. From this meeting, the Nordic Wild West project was born: a space where nature speaks through silence, horses guide us toward inner peace, and every step becomes a path back to ourselves. You're warmly invited to discover this space – if something in your heart feels that it’s meant for you.

Where nature meets the heart

Hingarden Stable - Norway.
A stable among the mountains, where silence meets freedom and horses lead you to the deeper breath of life.
Bohun's Stable - Poland .
A place near the sea, full of hospitality, horses, and gatherings by the heart of the fire. A space where closeness and peace meet.
From Nordic Wild West:
If you feel the need not only to rest, but to reconnect with yourself, to slow down, and to meet nature, horses, and people – in simplicity – let us know.

Frequently Asked Questions.

πŸŒ„ What does a typical day look like?

The day begins gently – breakfast, a walk, connection with the horses (either riding or simply being around them). In the afternoon, we share a meal, explore breath and inner connection, followed by meditation – with or without ceremonial cacao, it’s your choice. Later, we gather to share experiences. It’s helpful to bring a pen and a small notebook. Each day is unique, always rooted in simplicity and presence.

🐎 Do I need to know how to ride a horse?

No. All activities are guided by an instructor in a safe space. Even if you feel fear, you are welcome – the horse will show you the way.

πŸ§˜β™‚οΈ Is this a retreat?

It’s a flexible space. You can go deep – disconnecting from phones and outside stimuli – or take a more recreational approach, enjoying horse riding, nature walks, and vegetarian meals.

πŸ₯¦ What about food?

We offer two meals a day – breakfast and a late lunch. Vegetarian, sometimes with fish. We cook together or with the help of a cook. No meat, alcohol, or substances.
(Unless you're attending only recreationally – then arrangements are made with Bohun’s stable.

πŸ‘¨πŸ‘©πŸ‘§ Can I bring children, a partner, or a dog?

These gatherings are for adults seeking inner silence and self-connection. However, we are planning family-friendly editions – feel free to write to us.

πŸ•ŠοΈ How long are the stays?

You can choose between 3 or 5 days. Longer stays may be possible upon agreement.

🌍 What languages do I need to know?

You don’t need to speak any specific language. Sessions are held in Polish, with translation into Norwegian or English. You speak from the heart, in your own way.

πŸŽ’ What should I bring?

Comfortable clothing, shoes for the forest (and with a heel for riding, if you have them), a thermos, a notebook, and optionally an instrument. You may also choose to hand in your phone for the duration of the stay.

πŸ“΅ What about phones and the internet?

We encourage a phone-free experience. You can hand in your devices for safekeeping. But if you need to stay in touch with loved ones, we’ll find a respectful way to make it work.

πŸ›‘οΈ What about health and safety?

Horse activities take place only with an instructor. Each participant shares any health concerns in advance: medication, addictions, illnesses, or mental health conditions. All information is confidential and helps ensure group well-being. Additional insurance is optional – we can help if needed.
